Take pan add ghee and jaggery.then add water

Keep stirring till jaggery melts completely. To check the string or jaggery is cooked take water in small cup add 2 -3 drops of jaggery. It should not spread in water & when you remove from water that drop should be hard.

Mix sesame seeds, peanut powder and dry coconut in one bowl.

Add this mixture to jaggery syrup and mix it well. Grease one plate with ghee and pour mixture on plate and spread it all over the plate.

Then make square shape chikkis with knife. And after half an hour chikkis aur ready.
