Take three types of pasta: Spiral, Macroni and Penne

Keep these ingredients ready: Chopped garlic+ chillies, Sliced Capsicum+ Carrots+ Onions

In the boiling water, Add few drops of oil and pinch of salt. Then add the pasta. stir and cook for 10-15 minutes.. Transfer cooked pasta to a large colander and drain excess water and keep aside.. (Drizzle oil to avoid stickness)

While pasta is cooking, Heat oil in a pan over high medium flame. Add chopped garlic+ Red chillies. Saute for a minute

Now add veggies..Mix well

Add mushrooms and Saute. Add oregano and salt...

Add pasta masala+ Amul cheese spread.. Saute and cook them for about 2-3 minutes. (Don't overcook them, keep them crunchy).. Turn off flame and keep aside

White sauce: Heat butter in a pan over low medium flame. Add maida. Stir Continously and cook for a minute. pour milk little by little while stirring Continously with a whisk. Stir and mix for 1 -2 minutes

Now add oregano + crushed blackpepper + Chilliflakes. Continue stirring and cooking until mixture starts to thicken

Last step is: Add the sauted veggies and finally add the boiled pasta to the prepared sauce. Mix well and add more dried herbs if needed.. Serve white sauce pasta hot...
