    Grease you baking tin,mix all dry ingridients together and sieve set aside,in other bowl mix sugar and water wisk,the add vanilla and vineger and whisk,add oil.whisk again.

    Add dry ingridient to wet ingridient and fold until smooth,and fill into baking tins tap on the table and start baking,enjoy...
