Til-Gurr Ladoos
Happy Makar Sankranti Guyz
Steps
- 1
Firstly measure all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- 2
Now take a pan, dry-roast the peanuts, remove all the skin then coarsely grind them and keep it aside.
- 3
Now dry-roast the till too in the same pan. Roast them 3 to 4 mins on medium flame then for 3 to 4 mins on low to medium flame. Then remove it from the kadai & keep it aside. The colour of the till would turn slightly light golden in colour, at this point of time.
- 4
On the same pan, add ghee to it and put the grated jaggery into it. Let it melt down, then add water to it.
- 5
Cook the jaggery on a low to medium until you see foam like or bubble like texture over it. Cook it for 1 more min. on a low flame.
- 6
Immediately switch off the gas and add coarsely grinded peanuts & til/sesame seeds to it and quickly mix everything very well.
- 7
Start making ladoos immediately or else it would start cooling down and would start getting harder and harder.
