This is just so quick and easy and has lots of flavour. I just needed to do something different with the minced Beef and found this recipe . I had to use a 1/4 cup chicken stock as I had no miso but it was still really lovely.

This is just so quick and easy and has lots of flavour. I just needed to do something different with the minced Beef and found this recipe . I had to use a 1/4 cup chicken stock as I had no miso but it was still really lovely.

Start boiling your rice

Add a little oil in the wok get it hot then add the onions and Garlic stir in and then add the minced beef keep turning it and make sure all the pink has gone. Turn low.

Meanwhile make the sauce. Add the Soy sauce then add the Hoisin sauce in a little bowl holds about 1/2 cup

Next add the Oyster sauce also the sugar

Next the Sesame oil and the 1/4 cup of chicken stock.then add the white Pepper

Add the sauce to the wok and bring up the heat and stir in for about 1 minute. Let simmer for 3 minutes.

Add your Rice to a bowl or plate then pour on top the minced beef. Then sprinkle the chopped spring onion to finish. If you have any over it will keep in the fridge for 3 days.
