Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut parchment paper in rectangle shape just like the picture and place it in a 8~9 cm square container. (It's easy to take out this way.)
- 2
Place the cream cheese and marshmallow in a microwave safe bowl and put in the microwave for 1 minute and combine well. Pour the mixture into the container and smooth out the surface.
- 3
Place the cheese mixture in the freezer. When frozen, combine the chopped chocolate and heavy cream in a microwave save bowl and put in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir well until chocolate is completely melted.
- 4
Pour the chocolate over the frozen cheese mixture and put it in the freezer until completely frozen.
- 5
When frozen, remove from the container and cut with a string or wire into squares.
- 6
It looks like this from the side. It will cut easily when you pull the string tight.
- 7
It's very soft so place it in the refrigerator after you finish cutting. If you want to enjoy it as ice cream, place it in the freezer. It's smooth when frozen too!
- 8
There will be very few dishes to do since everything is done in the container. The softness changes depending on the marshmallow. So find the one you like.

A friend gave me a recipe to make a white chocolate and mascarpone cheese variation of my truffle recipe. It was so delicious that I've slightly changed the amount of ingredients for this one.I did many tests to put together this recipe because the taste really depends on how much cream cheese you add.I recommend you use glazing sugar to coat the chocolate because it doesn't melt. You'll need to coat several layers when using powdered sugar because it melts as you do so. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
Cream Cheese ♡ White Chocolate Truffle Cream Cheese ♡ White Chocolate Truffle
I wanted to make a snack that was easy to make for Valentine's Day. I attempted to make truffles with a cream cheese base.Just mix.♫ Make sure to chill well. While forming into balls, they get sticky, but after coating them in cocoa powder, the shape settles down and become nice and round. Using a lot of cocoa powder will make them delicious! Also, using a tea strainer to sift the cocoa powder on the chocolate makes them so pretty♡ For me, I think the hardness is perfect and they taste best when they are chilled in the refrigerator overnight. Chocolate Truffles Like Melty Cream Cheese Truffle Chocolate Truffles Like Melty Cream Cheese Truffle
I wanted to eat truffles that are soft like chocolate truffles but use cream cheese as a main ingredient. It is a Valentine's Day recipe using Philadelphia cream cheese. It will melt the moment you put it in your mouth as long as you keep it at room temperature. It is delicious even when it is chilled too or even delicious when it is brought to room temperature. Enjoy it as you like. But if you keep it at room temperature too long, it will become too soft, so be careful when you are taking it somewhere with you. The sugars are easy to melt, so handle it carefully. Melty Chocolate Truffles Melty Chocolate Truffles
I've made various types of chocolate for Valentines day over the years, but this simple chocolate truffle was the most well-received so this has become the standard for our house over the past few years.A bento lunch box with a depth of 2 to 3 cm is best. Since fresh cream keeps it from getting too hard, I like putting it in the freezer. You can also store it in the freezer in zipper bags. When you want to eat it shake the bag to apply the cocoa powder. Recipe by Bi-jo cookpad.japan -

I've been making these truffles ever since I was single and gave them a go with store-bought chocolate bars this time. Since these truffles aren't too sweet, my family really loves them.I used 2 bars of dark chocolate from Lawson for this recipe which weighed 75 g each.If you are using milk chocolate instead, please reduce the amount of cream to 75 ml.You don't have to add any mizuame if you don't have any.If you want to make more authentic truffles, give them a light coating of chocolate and freeze them before applying a thick layer of coating at the end.
