Prepare ingredients. Peel and chop the garlic to small pieces.

Wash and chop zucchinis and cherry tomatoes, then shred the cheese.

On the pan, cook garlic with olive oil until golden brown. Add chopped zucchini, cherry tomatoes and corn, season with salt, pepper, dried thyme and oregano and the juice of 1 lemon. Mix it well. Cook until everything is soft.
