Steps

Preheat oven to 220c.

Using a whisk mix all the dry ingredients together well.

Add the wet ingredients and whisk together until mixture is creamy and combined. There may be a few lumps which is fine.

Use pansheet tray for the pancakes. Spray the tray with fry lite.

Pour the batter into the tray and spread it evenly.

Top with the strawberries, blueberries and banana.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fluffy and golden brown.

Rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with maple syrup, fruit, cream etc.
