Firstly take a one big bowl makhana heat the pan out into it and dry roast the makhana, till the little colour change.

In the same pan melt the half bowl Jaggery n make a Jaggery syrup add 2 to 3 green cardamom powder n mix well, add roasted makhana n mix it well for a minute.

After that remove from the pan to the other plate let it cool after that separated all the makhana take sesame seeds into the plate and coate all the makhanas one by one with the sesame seeds n keep a side for a minute to set it.
