Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupdessicated coconut
  • 1 tspcardamon powder
  • 1/4coconut powder
  • 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  • 1tbp butter
  • 2 tbsgrated almond (optional)
  • 1 tspvanilla essence (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put a frying pan over low flame, add 1tbs of butter followed by 2cup of dessicated coconut stir fry for 2min. Do not allow the coconut to change colour.

    Add vanilla essence n stir add condensed milk followed by cardamon powder, add grated almond stir, allow to simmer for 3min.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat source, allow to cool for few mins. Greases you hand with butter n mould into ball of desired size.

    Roll in coconut powder n refrigerate For 2 good hours or more enjoy ur ladoos.

    Nb: u can add food color in your ladoo. N u can stuffed ur ladoo with nuts, chocolate or dried fruit of choice. I stuffed mine with M&M chocolate chips.

    Store ur ladoo in air tight containers especially glass jar. Can last up to 2 weeks in fridge.
