Wash methi leaves thoroughly.

Take a wok, add refined oil, crackle heeng and jeera. Add little salt, haldi, coriander and red chilli pwd. Mix it nicely. Add methi leaves with little amt of water. Cover with lid and cook it till it is done.

Now add potatoes with amchur pwd, salt, degi mirch and 1tsp refined oil. Mix them nicely. Cook it for 5-8 mins. Ready to serve.
