For boiling rice : take a pan and wash rice add water, salt, green peas, ghee and boil it. After boiling drain off the water and keep aside for 25 minutes.

For preparing methi pulao : take a pan and add oil and ghee and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, star, cinnamon, cloves, garlic ginger paste and fry it well.

Next add onions and combine well till it turns brown. After that add washed fenugreek leaves and cashews and raisins and stir well for 4-5 minutes.

After that add boiled rice into it. And add turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, salt and biryani masala and mix well.

Garnish chopped green coriander leaves. And serve it with curd.
