Steps

Take garlic, cumin seeds and sesame seeds in a mortar and pestle and crush them to a paste.

Add red chilli powder, salt to taste and some water to adjust the consistency.

In a pan, heat 3 tbsp Oil, and add pinch of asafoetida.
- 4
Add prepared paste and saute for a minute.
