Roast all the dry fruit with Ghee let them cool down.

Roast gond kamarkas separately.

Grind them don't make fine powder. Grind kamarkas with little sugar if needed.

Roast the wheat floor in ghee make sure proportion of ghee in such a way so that wheat floor easily can float in ghee.

Roast it on low flame until it looks dark brown in colour.

Add grind dry fruit when roasted wheat floor is little bit cool down. Also add sugar.

Mix everything properly in large utensils. Shape it burfi or ladoo. Enjoy this winter meal full of nutrients and worth ful taste.
