First methi leaves wash & chopped finally.

Take a pan add water & chopped methi. Boil it. Seive methi.

Gind in mixe & make fine paste. Heat a kadhai add oil hing &cumin seeds add methi paste.add salt & fry it.

Transfer into a pot. Cool it.

Take a bowl add curd & beat it add all spices & add one spoon fry methi.

Mix well. Add chopped onion & mix it.

Take a tadaka pan add oil hing mustard seeds cumin seeds red chili powder. Heat it.

Pour rayata in to a big bowl. Spread tadaka & Garnish methi leaves & chopped onion.

Ready tasty rayata. Serve with roti & nan.
