Whip cream, vanilla and condensed milk until peak stage. Finely chop prunes and Xmas pud, then stir into cream mix with a pinch of salt.

Freeze overnight. Makes 8-9 ramekin sized ice creams, which are soft scoop due to the alcohol content of the prunes.
