Grease the chapathi with ghee and sprinkle wheat flour over it. this helps to get flakey layers.

Take the rolled ball and dust with some wheat flour.

Take hot chapathi tawa and place the rolled paratha.

Once the golden brown spots start appearing on both sides grease with oil

Then crush the paratha to form layers. Serve paratha with aloo methi or your choice.
