In a bowl take wheat flour add 1 spoon oil knehd with water medium cover for 5 min then kned again now make small balls from kneding floor roll in dry wheat flour and make a little thin chapati now add salt red chilli powder coriander powder

Spread neatly add some drop of oil with the yourhand figers press little all over on chapati

Now add fenugreek leaves chopped before using wash them drain water then chopped.

Spread fenugreek leaves ( methi all over on paratha press with your hands fingers now fold it carefully as filling not come out press little again dip in dry flour and make paratha roll it little thik on rolling pad

After roll out heat up graddle on gas spread little oil put paratha on it and cook flip it and cook pour little oil and cook it till they cook crisp and golden in colur.

Serve hot with tea coffe pickle sauce.
