50 gPancetta Lardons
1finely chopped or crushed clove
100 gFarfalle or any small shaped pasta
50 gfrozen peas
4 scoopscreme fraiche
Ricotta cheese (as much as you wish)

Fry Pancetta Lardons in a drizzle of olive oil until they start to brown the add the garlic. Then turn off heat.

Boil the Farfalle as per pack instructions and add frozen peas 2 mins before it's done.

Spoon in the creme fraiche and mix in then rip in the ricotta.

Season and serve.
