First of all wash and chopped the vegetables

Clean the bunch of Fenugreek and chopped them and wash them and drain out

For making Vadi take the Methi on a bowl add Besan flour and add all the spices to them, green chilli paste and ginger garlic paste plus baking soda and squeeze lemon on it and bind them up add oil to them and make small balls

Next keep them in the steamer and steam for 20-25minutes or so.These vadis can be steamed or you can fry them also. I prefer them to steam it mix very well with the gravy and other vegetables.

Side by Side heat the big or wide kadhai add oil and add mustard, Cumin seeds bay leaf and red dry chilli later add all the vegetables and stir fry them

Add the spices and pastes on them after that add some water and cook them well later add chopped tomatoes and again cover the lid and cook them

Add proper ratio of oil and water in the Undhiyu so that all vegetables cook well and mix with the Methi vadi. Mix up all keep for around 5-7mins and then serve them and garnish with coriander leaves, dessicated coconut and pomegranate
