Firstly take all the above ingredients together cut the onion, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves, heat the pan and tawa.

Chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves, make a batter of omlate add all the veggies salt chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix it, n make a batter

Toast the bread into the tawa with butter in the pan pour oil and make a omellete one by one.

After that turn another side of omlate and bread.

Now take a 2 serving plate keep in the toasted bread and omlate apply butter on the bread and apply shezwan chutney.

Keep omlate both the slicees sprinkle some chaat masala and cover the bread and cut into the triangle four pieces.

Serve not with tomato 🍅 sauce, now our delicious and tasty spicy bread 🍞 omlate is ready to eat,
