Chile Con Carne

This is my family's recipe for special occasions that I've been making ever since I got married.
Make this the night before, and let it sit overnight. The taste is completely different. It tastes even better if you add tabasco sauce! Reduce the amount of chili powder when serving to children. You can also store this in the freezer, and enjoy with chili dogs, pasta, or rice! Recipe by kazz72

Steps
- 1
Chop the vegetables roughly into the same size.
- 2
Heat oil in a pot and fry the garlic. Once it's fragrant, add the onions and fry until soft.
- 3
Add the ground meat, brown over high heat, and then add the white wine.
- 4
Reduce heat to medium, adding the remaining vegetables and flour and coat the mixture with the flour evenly.
- 5
Add the canned tomatoes, beans, water, * ingredients, and bay leaf, and boil for about 40 minutes.
- 6
Stir while scraping the bottom of the pot to avoid burning, and season with salt and pepper.
- 7
Transfer into bowls and it's done. Eat with bread or tortillas.
