Ragi Savoury Waffle

Mix together ragi, suji, salt, pepper, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, green chilies, ginger, carrot, and coriander leaves.

Add curd and give it a good mix. Add water to get a thick consistency batter. Seat the batter aside for 15 minutes.

Heat up the waffle iron. Add baking soda to the batter and mix well. Brush some butter on the waffle iron and pour some batter into it. Close the iron and cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove and sprinkle some chaat masala and coriander leaves. Enjoy!
