Quick, tasty and crunchy bhajia made using yellow moong dal and fresh methi leaves. It's winter special.. This is one if the most enjoyed tea time snack..
Steps

Wash and soam moong dal for at least 4 hrs. Drain the water and jeep 2 tbsp dal aside.

Grind the remaining dal to a smooth paste without adding water.

Add 2tbsp of soaked dal to the batter. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, grated ginger, finely chopped methi leaves, sakta to taste, chaat masala, jeera powder, garam masala, ajwain, turmeric and hing.

Keep oil for frying.. Take a spoonful of batter and pour in hot oil and deep fry on medium flame till nice golden and crisp. 8

Serve hot with spicy chutney.
