Boil the corn. Rinse it away. Let it cool down.

Take a pan add butter and oil to it. Add chopped onion,some khada masala and stir it until it becomes light brown. Add tomato, cashews,ginger, garlic paste and dry spices to it and saute it until it lefts oil.

Add boil corns to it and water according to need. Cook it for 7-8 minutes. Garnish it with green coriander or if you have grated cheese then use it for garnishing. It is ready to serve.
