Yoghurt Calpis and Milk

The "yoghurt" that my mother used to make brought back memories of my childhood, so I posted the recipe for my records.
On the Calpis container it says, "Use a non-metallic container when making a watered-down version." Make sure you use either a glass or plastic container! Recipe by TOMOTOMO

Steps
- 1
Combine the gelatin with water.
- 2
Combine the milk, Calpis, and lemon juice in a non-metal bowl and mix.
- 3
Dissolve the gelatin in water by microwaving for 3 minutes. Once the gelatin dissolves, pour into the bowl from Step 2.
- 4
Put the mixture into non-metallic containers and chill in the refrigerator to set. Skim off the bubbles from the surface for a clean finish.
- 5
When making it to eat at home, use a large bowl and chill as is to have less dirty dishes to clean.
- 6
Put them in a basket as a gift when visiting a friend.
