Peel the bottle gourd and cut into small small pieces. And make puree of tomatoes and roughly chop garlic

Take one cooker add oil keep it on a medium flame. When oil heated add mustard seeds when it starts to crack add hing and garlic.

Now add bottle gourd pieces and tomato puree. Now all masale turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and coriander seed powder mix well

Saute for few minutes then add water then close the lid of cooker and whistle it three times.

Half after cooker cool down open the lid and serve add with khichdi and ghee
