Boil peas and potato in pressure cooker.I cook it for 7 minutes.

Now drain extra water and add vegetables in bowl.Add all masala in it. And smash it properly. Add Arrowroot powder for binding. Now prepare rolls from it.

Take heavy pan and add oil in it. When oil become hot add rolls in it. Before deep frying roll I dust it in arrowroot powder. Now deep fry it till it changed it colour.

Serve hot with date chutney and tomato sauce. It's really yummy
