1 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupoil
1 tspvanilla essence
1 tbspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 cupcurd

Mix the wet ingredients together. Curd, sugar and oil. Mix it well. Add vanilla essence.

Sieve the dry ingredients. Add into wet ingredients. Mix it by folding.

Grease the 6 inch pan. Put a butter paper in it. Pour the batter mixture in this.

Bake it on 180° for 35 minutes. Demould it after 10 minutes.
