Serves 2 servings
  • 2tuna fish
  • 1/2onion
  • 1/2carrot
  • 1/3bell pepper
  • Cassava couscous
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat the tuna in flour on a plate and set aside.

  2. 2

    Chop the onions, bell pepper, and carrot (you can use vegetables of your choice). I used the colors of my country's flag.

  3. 3

    Grill the fish and it's ready. Nothing simpler 🥰

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy 😋
