Raw Turmeric Sabzi
Steps

Peel off the skin of turmeric and grate them.

Heat ghee in a kadai. Once ghee is melted, add turmeric and saute well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add garlic whites and greens and cook for another minute.

Now add the onion Whites and onion greens and cook for 5 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and ginger paste.

Add all the spices and mix well.

Add parboiled green peas and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add curd and jaggery to the Sabzi and cook until ghee tops the surface.

Sprinkle some coriander leaves on the top.
