Eggless pineapple cake

Firstly, take all the ingredients together take a big bowl add vanilla Premix and water mix it well, on the other side heat the pressure cooker. and grease the cake tin with all-purpose flour.

Add oil, emersion and yellow colour into the cake batter n mix it well and transfer the grease cake tin,

And keep it in the pressure cooker remove the vissel keep it side n bake for 35 to 40 minutes on low flame, after 45 minutes open the lid n check out the with the help of toothpick if cake is properly bake or not if toothpick is clear come out it means that our cake is properly bake.

Now remove the cake tin from the pressure cooker and let it cool, after that make a 3 slices of cake and make a sugar syrup and whip cream.

After that take cake one slice on the cake turn table soak the cake we ith sugar syrup or plain water and spread the whip cream all over the cake also spread pineapple crush all over the cake, do same procedure for left over 2 slice and crumbs coat full cake with the whip cream and keep it in a freeze for 20 to 30 minutes.

After that cake remove from the freeze, and spread pineapple crush dripping all over the cake n decorate with whip cream flowers and cherry, n fresh pineapple pieces, n some silver ball sprinkles, now our delicious and fruit nutritious and tasty cake is ready to eat.
