In a bowl, add flour, sugar and salt, and mix well

In another bowl add yeast and warm water and mix well

Put wet mix in dry mix, and mix with a spatula.

Cover with cling film, and let poof for 2 hours

Cut sausage and cheese in half. And then put together on skewer. (Half sausage on bottom, half cheese on top)

Heat oil on high medium heat. When ready to cook change to 140-150 degrees.

Coat skewers in bread dough. Then roll in bread crumbs

Fry until golden brown
Leave to drain - 9
Ready to eat.
*Optional you can coat in sugar for korean style, and add some ketchup and honey mustard
