Pizza is everyones favourite & when you cook for someone special it has to be special! My little one demanded for heart shaped pizza I decided to make it at home with big pizza as well as small party bites heart pizza.

Pizza is everyones favourite & when you cook for someone special it has to be special! My little one demanded for heart shaped pizza I decided to make it at home with big pizza as well as small party bites heart pizza.

First to make a pizza dough in a in bowl take 2 tbsp of yeast.Add 1 tbsp powdered sugar(to activate yeast)Now add 1/2 Cup of warm water to it.Make sure water should not be boiling just warm water is enough

Mix it with a spoon. Cover it with a plate & let it sit for 10 mins.

After 10 mins Add 3 tpsp oil to the yeast mixture.Now Add maida to it.Now add salt (as per taste) to it. I have added 1.5 tbsp salt for 3 bowls of maida

Mix all the ingredients together with hands to form a dough.Add water if required. Make sure dough should not be too tight or too loose.

Add few drops of oil & cover the dough with your hand. So that dough wont be dried out! Cover the dough & let it rest for 30 mins

After 30 mins dough will almost be doubled in size.Now take a medium size portion from dough & make round boll from it.

On a flat clean surface sprinkle some flour & roll a round shaped pizza. You can also use your hands to press & form the shape. If you feel dough is too sticky then add some more dry maida flour to pizza dough & mix it again. Then try rolling again

If you wish you can also cut heart shape from round pizza or mini heart shaped pizza if you wish

Now add some pizza sauce (if not available then use normal tomato sauce)on entirerolled pizza dough.After that sprinkle cheese to rolled pizza evenly to get it fully covered.I almost used 1 big bowl of shredded cheese here.

Speinkle some oregano & chilli flakes on to the top of it.

Now for toppings you can add any veggies of your choice. I have added chopped colorful capsicums, olives & cherry tomatos here.

Press all the veggies & chesse lightly on the dough with your hand

Now pizza dough is ready for baking.Preheat your oven at 180 degree & then place pizza inside the oven for about 180 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.For best results keep checking after 15 mins. If needed you can increase or decrease your time for baking.
