This kinda sauce is deeply flavourful & is based on actually the African peri-peri sauce, that’s authentically made with the Bird’s eye chillies, garlic & lemon juice, but in India- We simply don’t wait to procure the bird’s eye chillies (that’s available in the north east hilly regions mostly & in the south in Kerala & from herein, it’s channelised across the country) but make it without that with whatever kinda spicy red chillies, we’ve got with us handy & even that’s definitely tongue burning spicy !!!

This kind is absolutely a must-have, for the spicy food lovers- Due to its immense flavourful tastes of being garlicky, spicy, lemony tangy and that what’s make this recipe utterly addictive !!!

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupFresh and Dry Red Chillies (Whole, without the stems)
  2. 5-6Garlic Cloves
  3. 2-3 tbspOlive Oil
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1/2 tspSugar
  6. 3-4 tbspFresh Lemon Juice
  7. 1/2 tspSmoked Paprika

    In a Blender Jar Add in all the aforementioned ingredients & pulse it initially for a few times

    Scour it with a spoon from the body of the jar well enough & then, finally grind it to a smooth thin paste.
