Steps

Break eggs and briskly beat the yolk with salt till the froth is formed.

Now heat the pan with half oil and add garlic. Saute it and add chopped spinach and mushrooms.Saute it until cooked.

Now once done let it cool a bit and then add this mixture to the beaten egg.Add salt.Now grease the pan once again with oil and pour the egg and spinach mixture to the hot pan to make an omelette.

Cook on a low flame grate cheese on the top and cover the pan with a lid until done.The omelette should not be cooked from the other side.

Now your Spinach garlic omelette is ready to be enjoyed.
