Steps

Remove the seeds of black raisins. Chopped walnuts, almond and Pistachio then dry roast them till become crunchy.

Then dry roast oats till it become golden and crunchy.

Heat ghee in a pan add jaggery. When jaggery melt turn off flame. Now immediately add oats, nuts, raisins, cardamon powder, cinnamon powder, black raisins, chia seeds (you can also add pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds etc.)

Mix everything together very well. Healthy Nutty Granola is ready. Enjoy
