  1. 1 cupovernight soaked green moong dal
  2. 1 cuponion tomato paste
  3. 1 tspred chili powder
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tablespoonschana flour
  7. 1/2 cupcurd
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the soaked moong dal with very little water, add all the ingredients except water.

    Mix well, add water if needed. Make dosa consistency batter.

  3. 3

    Heat a nonstick pan, pour a ladle full of batter on pan and cook till golden brown.

    Flip and cook for 2 mins.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately with sauce or chutney.
