Ingredients

20-30 mins
2-4 people
  1. 2 cupsBesan
  2. 1/2 cupsuji
  3. 1Carrot
  4. 1/2 cupMixed Capsicum (red,yellow & green)
  5. 1 Onion
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspJeera powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  10. as requiredCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

20-30 mins

    Mix besan and suji. Add water and mix properly. keep this mixture for rest for 5-10 min. Take vegetables.

    In a chopper chop all vegetables. In besan mixture add all spices and chopped vegetables and mix properly.

    Add coriander leaves. Now grease a pan. Pour a spoon of mixture and spread. Cook for 2 mins and then flip it to the other side.. and again cook for 3-4 min on medium flame.

    Vegetable chila is ready to serve. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney or mayonnaise.
