  1. 100 gramsSakekasu (sake lees)
  2. 400 mlSoy milk
  3. 2 tbspWhite miso

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the sake lees and 1 cup of soy milk into a pan. Heat on low while letting the sake lees dissolve.

    Once melted, add the rest of the soy milk and white miso. Stir until there are no lumps left.
