This mixture becomes sour cream if you use lemon juice instead of vinegar. I was inspired to see what will happen if I used mild rice vinegar.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 100 mlSoy milk
  2. 1/5 tspMild rice vinegar
  3. 2 pinchSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the soy milk with vinegar and mix.

  2. 2

    Strain it through a coffee filter (for about an hour).

  3. 3

    Mix the salt into the strained cream to finish.
