2 2/1 cupAll-purpose Flour/maida
50 gmssoften butter
1/2 tspbaking soda
Pinchsalt
3/4 cupgranulated sugar
1 cupbrown sugar
3 tbspmilk
1/2 tspvanilla essence
as neededchoco chunks

In a mixing bowl, add salt, brown and white sugar. Give it a mix.

Add room temperature butter and whisk it. To this add 2 tbsp milk and vanilla essence. Mix everything.

To this mixture, sieve maida and baking soda.

Add chocolate chunks to it (I used white and milk chocolate chunks) and incorporate everything in.

Make it into a dough. Keep it in the freezer for around 30 minutes.

Take it out of the freezer and shape them into flatten balls.

Add some chunks on the cookie dough balls too.

Bake it for 15 minutes at 180C.
When baked, take out and cool them on the wire rack.
