Beat the margarine and granulated sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs and continue beating.

Add the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Fill a piping bag and pipe rosettes onto a baking sheet.

Place a raisin on top of each rosette.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
