  1. 1 cupmargarine (250 grams)
  2. 2/3 cupgranulated sugar (130 grams)
  3. 1/2 cupcornstarch (60 grams)
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 teaspoonbaking powder (4 grams)
  6. 3 1/3 cupsall-purpose flour (400 grams)
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  9. For decoration
  10. Raisins

  1. 1

    Beat the margarine and granulated sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs and continue beating.

    Add the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough.

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Fill a piping bag and pipe rosettes onto a baking sheet.

    Place a raisin on top of each rosette.

    Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
