Ingredients

8 servings
  • 16 ozrotini or penne
  • 48 ozmarinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 tspItalian seasoning
  • 4 cupscooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 14.5 ozcans diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 tbspfresh parsley
  • 2 cupsmozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Topping
  • 2/3 cupPanko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cupshredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbspbutter, melted
  • 2 tbspfresh parsley
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Mix all topping ingredients together. Set aside

  3. 3

    Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Toss with 2 cups pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, chicken, diced tomatoes, and parsley.

  4. 4

    Place in a 13x9 dish or 2 quart casserole dish and top with remaining pasta sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and topping mixture.

  5. 5

    Bake 23-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly and topping is browned.
