Bread Made With Calpis

I planned to use milk, but was drawn in by the Calpis sitting next to it and decided to try using that instead. It was more delicious than I expected.
Now if it doesn't include Calpis, it feels like something's missing and is unsatisfying.
You can arrange this recipe in different ways.

In the Summer, it's best if you use the Calpis Water right out of the fridge.
I used Rice Flour (with Gluten) but you can use gluten free too.
You can also replace it with any other type of flour for this recipe. Recipe by Inu 3hiki mo kazoku

Steps

  1. 1

Pour the Calpis Water into the bread maker first.

  2. 2

On top of the Calpis, pile in the bread flour and other flour like a mountain.

  3. 3

Arrange the sugar, salt, skim milk, and butter around the mountain.

  4. 4

Push down with your finger at the top of the mountain to create a crater-like hole. Fill in the hole with the yeast.

  5. 5
