Steps

Make paste of ginger, garlic and green chilli.

Take dhokala batter and add paste.

Add potatoes, onion and capicum.

Add carrot, salt and fruit salt.

Add turmeric, red chilli powder and sugar.

Add coriander leaves and water. Make medium thick consistency.

Heat half oil in kadai and add half spoon muster seeds and half spoon sesame seeds. Let it cracked.

Pour half batter and cover it. Let it cook till become brown. After turn it and let it cook another side.

Handavo is ready...enjoy....you can make 2 handava with this batter.
