Beetroot panner sandwich

First soak the panner in warm water for half hour and chop into small pieces.

Now chop the Beetroot and keep corn ready.Then add salt and pepper.

Mix all ingredients and microwave on high for 8 mins.

Now add onions chopped with first mint mayonnaise then followed by other sauces.Mix well and keep aside.Stuffing is ready.

Now pre heat a toaster and grease it well,place a bread slice and apply ghee on it,over that the stuffing then place another slice of bread and apply ghee on that also. Close the toaster and grill till done. Serve with sauce of your choice.
