Ingredients

1pack Natto (fermented soy beans)
1Enoki mushrooms
1Umeboshi (medium sized)
1Sauce that comes with the natto
1Green onions or scallions

Steps

Slice the mushrooms into 1.5 cm lengths and boil. Remove the seed from the umeboshi. Chop the fruit of the umeboshi.

Mix all the ingredients together.
