I came up with this low-cost, easy-to-make dish that uses tofu and daikon radish sprouts, two inexpensive ingredients.

For a nice touch, sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving. Recipe by Mekadokku

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 blockTofu (firm)
  2. 1 packagesDaikon radish sprouts
  3. 10 gramsShio-kombu
  4. 1 tspSesame oil
  5. 1and 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  6. 1White sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Mash and blend all the ingredients together and it's done!
